We had a truly magical Healing Retreat in a sacred place called Mount Shasta, CA!

We enjoyed a lovely cabin in the sacred mountains of Mount Shasta, CA with a creek near by and lots of nature walks trails.

Activities done

Daily Yoga, meditations, drumming circles, cacao ceremony, sound bath, outdoor adventures and tours!

Location

Mount Shasta is one of the most prominent of all the Cascade volcanoes, an arc that runs from Southwestern British Columbia to Northern California. It is known for this spaceship-looking lenticular clouds that tend to form around the mountain. It’s a very sacred and spiritual place, according to Native Americans.
