Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life happens, and plans may change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, we have outlined our international retreat cancellation policy below:
1. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your spot on the retreat. This deposit is part of the total retreat cost.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- More than 90 days before retreat start date: Full refund of payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 60–89 days before retreat start date: 50% refund of total retreat cost (or payments made), minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Less than 60 days before retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to low enrollment, natural disaster, political instability, or any unforeseen circumstances:
- Participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
- Alternatively, the participant may choose to apply their payment toward a future retreat.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, which may cover cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and other unexpected circumstances. This provides peace of mind in case of personal emergencies, illness, or travel disruptions.
5. Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person up to 30 days before the retreat, with written notice and subject to organizer approval.
6. Responsibility Disclaimer
We are not responsible for costs incurred due to flight cancellations, travel delays, visa issues, or other disruptions outside of our control. Please make flexible travel arrangements where possible.
