Welcome!
Our Italian yoga retreat in the heart of Puglia was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by the region’s ancient olive groves and kissed by the golden southern sun, each day felt like a deep breath for the soul. We moved and meditated with the rhythm of the land, nourished by delicious local food prepared with love—fresh produce, handmade pasta, and the richest olive oil imaginable.
Wandering through nearby whitewashed towns like Ostuni and Alberobello, we soaked up the charm of local traditions, warm hospitality, and stunning architecture. This retreat was not just a journey through yoga, but a full immersion into the vibrant, grounding spirit of southern Italy.
Venue & Lodging
Apulia, also known by its Italian name Puglia, is a region of Italy, located in the southern peninsular section of the country, bordering the Adriatic Sea to the east, the Strait of Otranto and Ionian Sea to the southeast and the Gulf of Taranto to the south.
Activities experienced during the retreat
Hiking, Forest bathing, sit spot meditation, morning Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath. Amazing excursions. We visited many gorgeous nearby towns, enjoyed the delicious Italian cuisine!
Visited a pottery factory and learned to create unique ceramic pieces!
